Online Beginner's Chill Flow
If your yoga studio recently closed, no problem. Join us as I guide you and the Afro Yogi community through a grounding chill flow to reduce stress and promote calmness and grounding strength.
You will be supported with clear, slow, directions as we move through gentle poses to help
soothe the nervous system, stretch the body, and strengthen our connection to ourselves.
All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
Bring 1 yoga mat, 1 block, and one small blanket/throw.
Class is 60 minutes.
Use your cell phone or computer to join class via the Zoom app.
Find a quiet and safe space to practice.
