You are guided through a slow moving, supported, yoga sequence that stretches your deep connective tissues: the tendons and ligaments.
Binaural and ambient music with sound bowls in addition to the meditative class allow you to move into the Delta and Theta brain wave states of consciousness, where your body produces hormones for healing and cellular regeneration and repair.
Class is 75 minutes long to allow for the nervous system to reset and to experience deep relaxation and healing.
