Never done yoga? Great! This class is for you. Gently flow through your foundational poses as we decompress your lower back, strengthen your core, and stretch your the hips. Flow to groovy music with clear direction so you find your alignment and balance.
All levels experience welcome.
40 minutes of gentle flowing and stretching to release tightness in the lumbar spine. Perfect for those who prefer to practice at home.
